Goapele Technologies (Pty) Ltd in partnership with the University of Johannesburg have a graduate programme running to help graduates with necessary work place skills to bridge the gap between university and the corporate environment. This will also help manage students expectations of real life evnvironment and most impotantly helps students define and implement their own personal career plans.

We will offer hands on experience on both software and hardware configuration by placing students to shadow seasoned professionals in our team in specific projects. Project Management Experience.
This is the discipline of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. In practice, the management of these two systems is often quite different, and as such requires the development of distinct technical skills and management strategies. Students stand to gain unique and criticals skills irrespective of methodology used (Prince II, PMBOK, etc)

Customer Relationship Management.
Customer relationship management (CRM) is a model for managing a company’s interactions with current and future customers. It involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support. Students who gain extensive experience in this area stand to make a huge impact in what ever industry the land in. This is a rare yet imperative skill to be experienced in.​

Business development comprises a number of tasks and processes generally aiming at developing and implementing growth opportunities between multiple organizations. It is a subset of the fields of business, commerce, and organisational theory. Students stand to gain a unique skill that not any textbook can offer.
