Vision 2020 and beyond

Goapele Technologies (Pty) Ltd is a company born out of individuals from key different industries (Legal, Health, ICT,  Financial and Risk), who are visionaries and dynamic to ever changing times thus makes us an organisation that is not stiff or rigid to same old principles of doing things. We acknoledge that no matter how good a strategy is, it will not stay that way forever through our dynamic market changes and political & business transformations. Example - Rules and regulations have evolved with technologies and time so why dont companies do the same strategically?

This brings back to our Vision 2020, where our strategy points. As we implement Vision 2020, we are building our history and our reputation to create a future where the brand Goapele Technologies (Pty) Ltd is what all the top 40 companies want to associate with and a prefered ICT solutions provider. To create a very strong brand affinity born out of a long list of satistied customers. To see Vision 2020 become a success, it has become clear that a sense of purpose has to run strongly through our organisation and that we need to be a customer centric organisation
. Customer satisfaction is not what we percieve but what the client tells us.

 

Throughout the years we have seen many an organisation become a victim of box droppers, very high fees and false hope of what those systems provide. This strange yet common phenomeon has led to many organisations to have a view of their  I.T department as a cost center and not a business enabling unit as it should be the case. This then leads to still costly exersise of outsourcing of the division which simply makes it someones problem but doesnt resolve the issue not improves companies' retained earnings. As part of our Vision 2020 we would like to bridge this gap between Business and IT, since for any organisations strategy to be implemented successfully it requires People, Process and IT to come to life. After all your organisations forte is not IT but you need IT to support what you are good at in your respective industries to get/stay ahead of the rest.

 

Our brand name, logo and tagline demontrate clearly, boldly and self-confidently who we are and reflect the straits we need to have the best brand in our profession. We build our brand everyday through everything we say and more importantly, do. Our brand will live in the minds of our clients, past, present and future, our people, our communities. Through living our values, which remain the bedrock of our culture, each of us helps to build greater trust, making the world better for our clients and for our dynamic team - then Vision 2020 ambition is within reach.
